Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a data and insights specialist to support the Compass Champion network across Sales Areas and functions.

You will collaborate with the Compass Capabilities team to align sprint priorities, execute training plans, and analyze data to drive TPM enhancements and Power BI requests. Responsibilities

• Support the Compass Champion network by maintaining an active roster across Sales Areas and functions and assisting with monthly meetings
• Collaborate with the Compass Capabilities team on a regular basis to align on Sprint plan priorities, open action items, and upcoming deliverables
• Execute training plans for Compass solution enhancements
• Analyze data and provide insights to support the development of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system enhancements and Power BI reporting requests
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technical solutions, such as data integrations and workflow automation
• Support the implementation of digital initiatives, including defining technical requirements and managing change management for sales teams
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support planning for Senior Leaders throughout the company
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across business and IT functions
• Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, and other data analysis tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
