Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional work experience in HR, recruiting or a related people function.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, including complex calendar management.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex executive interview schedules across multiple candidates and time zones.
• Collaborate with Executive Assistants, hiring managers and recruiters to solve calendar conflicts.
• Manage interview changes, debriefs and logistics for virtual and onsite interviews.
• Maintain accurate recruiting information, calendars and trackers to keep searches moving.
