Job summary

Safeguard Global is seeking a Regional Entity Management & Compliance Manager to ensure entity governance across multiple jurisdictions. You will manage entity creation, changes, and maintenance while aligning with regulatory requirements.

In a global, remote-friendly environment, you will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Product, and Marketing to drive compliant growth. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience with entities and governance
• Knowledge of governance and company entity matters including setup
• Experience in global business environment and working with third-party providers
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, stakeholders, and teams to drive goals
• Proven ability to diagnose problems and implement improvements
• Experience in high-volume, process-driven environments with multiple deadlines
• Ability to build relationships with internal partners and external networks
• Ability to influence senior management on entity strategy

Responsibilities

• Administration and single source of truth for entity information, documentation and validation
• Maintain metrics and reporting to show project progress on opening new entities
• Support leadership in implementing growth plans
• Provide project management support to ensure timely completion within budget
• Coordinate with local legal service providers for formation, addresses and licenses
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Product and Marketing
• Review legal advice for new countries and update processes for best practices
• Assist teams with business model queries and regulatory developments
