Job summary

Safeguard Global, a remote-first, global company, seeks a Regional Entity Management & Compliance Manager to ensure accurate entity maintenance, regulatory compliance, and risk management across jurisdictions. You will work with HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll and external providers to support growth initiatives and drive governance excellence.

Must have 2–4 years in entity management, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with entity governance and regulatory compliance in a global context.
• Ability to manage governance data, documentation, and relationships with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure entity creation, changes and maintenance are accurate and compliant.
• Maintain governance data and reporting framework for project performance.
• Coordinate with Legal, HR, Finance, Payroll, Tax, Product, Marketing and external providers.
