Jobgether SRL is seeking an OpenStack Engineering Manager based in Mexico to lead a distributed engineering team responsible for operating private cloud infrastructure for global customers. You will combine technical leadership with people management, service delivery, and continuous engineering improvement in a remote-first environment.

The role requires strong experience with OpenStack, Linux, cloud technologies, and agile practices, plus travel when needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technology-related field.
• Proven experience delivering software and managing technical operations teams.
• Hands-on experience with OpenStack and modern cloud technologies.
• Strong testing, maintainable code, and engineering quality practices.
• Linux system administration experience; Ubuntu/Debian familiarity is a plus.
• Experience leading distributed teams and working with agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow an engineering team responsible for daily managed services for customer environments.
• Improve engineering quality and delivery velocity through processes and workflows.
• Monitor team health and use insights to boost performance and collaboration.
• Represent the team to customers, stakeholders, and product groups.
• Ensure deployments meet service levels and are delivered on time.
• Collaborate across teams to identify improvements and opportunities.
