Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. is seeking a Global Responsible for Customs Reporting to shape and lead the development of the company’s global customs reporting capabilities.

You will work across regions and functions to establish a consistent reporting strategy, strengthen data governance, and modernize the technology landscape supporting customs operations. Travel internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years in customs compliance, global trade operations, or reporting within a multinational.
• Experience with multi-country/regional customs processes and global solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and continuously improve a global customs reporting strategy aligned with international trade regulations and business priorities.
• Establish global data governance standards, reporting principles, and compliance frameworks across regions.
• Lead modernization of the customs reporting and technology landscape with ERP, data, and BI tools.
• Drive automation and data quality initiatives to reduce manual reporting and mitigate tariff-related risks.
• Collaborate with Customs, IT, Finance, regional teams, and external partners to integrate data with enterprise systems.
• Translate complex customs data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
