Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a Customs Quality Reporting & Data Analyst to support NA Customs operations by maintaining internal trade databases, performing data analytics, and building dashboards. You will work with SQL databases, ETL tools, and BI software to deliver accurate reports and insights.

Requirements include 3–5 years in data management and reporting, a BI/data management degree, SAP knowledge a plus, and fluency in Spanish and English. Hybrid collaboration across global teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BI or data management, international business, supply chain, or logistics.
• 3–5 years of data management, reporting and analytics experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; adaptable and collaborative across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Manage Customs SQL databases; retrieve, analyze, update and create objects.
• Prepare periodic/ad-hoc reports, KPIs and dashboards with BI software.
• Support data automation using ETL tools and RPA; liaise with IT and global teams.
• Document processes and applications in scope; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of NA Customs reporting.
