Eaton, Interconnect Technologies, Aerospace Group seeks a Trade Compliance Lead to oversee import/export operations and ensure compliance with customs regulations. You will lead a team, drive reporting, and govern trade policies to support business objectives while mitigating risk.

You will collaborate with the Mexico GTM Manager, US GTM Manager, and VAT Certification Manager, aligning local initiatives with strategic goals. Strong leadership and bilingual skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in International Commerce, Customs, Trade Compliance, Business Admin, or related field.
• Master's degree in related discipline is a plus.
• 5–7 years in Trade Compliance, Customs, Import/Export Operations or related areas.
• Proven experience ensuring compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
• Strong knowledge of IMMEX Program Administration and Mexican customs regulations.
• Ability to work independently with significant decision-making in a matrixed global org.
• Adaptable, resilient, with stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
