Siemens Energy is looking for a Customs Global Classification team member located in Queretaro, MX. You will be responsible for collaborating and determining accurate customs classifications for the Americas region. The position requires at least 2 years of experience in HTS classifications and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

As a member of the Customs Global Classification team, you will be responsible for collaborating in the determination of accurate customs classifications on behalf of Siemens Energy legal entities in the Americas region (NA), located in Queretaro MX, attending mainly HTS Classifications in Canada. You will capture data/documentation and determine the correct customs classification (tariff) according to the Harmonized Trade System for different jurisdictions across the region.
This position reports to the Global Classification Team and works in close collaboration with the Customs Operations and Customs regulatory teams, as well as interacting with different Siemens Energy Business stakeholders.
