Siemens Energy, Inc. seeks a Customs Quality Reporting & Data Analyst to support NA Customs operations, maintaining internal trade databases and performing analytics to support reporting and dashboards.

You will contribute to process automation projects, collaborate with IT and Global Functional Excellence, and help document and optimize customs data workflows across Siemens Energy businesses.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience with data management, reporting, and analytical software tools.
• Bachelor's degree in business intelligence, data management, international business, supply chain, or logistics.
• Fluent written and verbal skills in Spanish and English.

Mansioni

• Manage the Customs SQL database, using queries to retrieve, analyze, update, and create objects.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc data reports, KPIs, and dashboards with BI software.
• Support trade compliance process digitalization using ETL software, Power Automate, UiPath, Mendix, SharePoint, SAP, Snowflake, and related tools.
• Liaise between IT developers and Global Functional Excellence to define and implement IT demands for corporate solutions.
• Create and maintain technical process documentation for applications and processes in scope of responsibility.
