Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Regulatory Advisor Manager to lead our customs regulatory strategy and oversee critical programs such as AEO and CTPAT. You will manage a team, monitor regulatory changes, and advise stakeholders on risk and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure regulatory excellence and alignment with business objectives across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, Customs, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in import/export and customs operations.
• Proven experience managing customs compliance, trade programs, and customs regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members, assigning workload and ensuring skills development.
• Lead the Regulatory program, ensuring adherence to customs and international trade regulations while mitigating regulatory risks.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess operational impact, providing guidance and risk-based recommendations.
• Oversee and strengthen the AEO and CTPAT programs, ensuring compliance and best practices.
• Act as trusted advisor to internal customers, supporting initiatives and defining customs/foreign trade strategy.
• Ensure compliance assessments, internal audits, and risk reviews with corrective actions and continuous improvement.
