Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with order management and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ERP ticket systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, enter, and track orders from assigned customers and keep them within contract terms.
• Provide timely updates on order status and changes to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and service teams to ensure order fulfillment.
• Manage approvals and modifications via platforms like iChange or SAP.
• Support contract handling, RMAs, and data integrity in ERP systems.
