Job summary

Landis+Gyr, a global energy technology leader, seeks a Customer Account Representative to manage the operational relationship with assigned customers and coordinate full sales order cycles. You will liaise with sales, distribution, and service teams to enhance customer experience and ensure service commitments are met.

Role requires coordinating with internal departments, maintaining accurate data in ERP/ServiceNow, and supporting audits and process improvements while upholding IMS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service or order management in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and order management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Receive, enter, and track orders from assigned customers, ensuring fulfillment.
• Monitor order cycle from receipt to delivery with timely updates to customers.
• Communicate order changes to customers, partners, and sales teams.
