You will partner with teams to analyze trends and inform strategic decisions, while regularly assessing progress of key initiatives within the function.

The role supports a balanced hybrid work model with three days in the office and two days flexible, aligning with PayPal's flexible workplace philosophy.

Formación

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills.
