Paylocity seeks a Director, Site Operations – Mexico to serve as the country leader, aligning Mexico-based teams with enterprise priorities and driving growth, operational excellence, and a strong employee experience.

You will coordinate with US-based support functions, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee workplace services, and lead multi-year site maturation initiatives for sustained expansion in Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management or related field required.
• MBA or other advanced business degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership and company growth experience within a multinational SaaS, technology, or shared services organization.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Paylocity’s country leader for Mexico, driving growth and strategic alignment.
• Provide matrix leadership across Operations, Product & Technology, and Corporate Functions in Mexico.
• Champion employee engagement, inclusion, retention and development initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Procurement, Information Security and other functions to support operations.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, regulatory requirements and company policies.
