Precision Medicine Group in Mexico is expanding across Latin America and globally. We seek a Contracts & Budgets Associate to develop and negotiate regional study budgets and review, draft, and negotiate a range of agreements including confidentiality and clinical study agreements.

You will collaborate with the Clinical Operations team to ensure timely deliverables, coordinate execution, maintain contract files, and drive process improvements in a global, fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent level of contract management experience preferably in a clinical research or similar industry setting.
• 1 year of relevant experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements related to clinical research (e.g. NDAs, Clinical Trial Agreements), and managing the contract process.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, negotiate global study budgets based on study protocol requirements.
• Review, draft and negotiate agreements including NDAs, master NDAs, clinical study agreements and amendments.
• Coordinate execution of agreements and update study team on negotiation status.
• Maintain contract files and databases, including archiving, and escalate contractual issues when needed.
• Identify process improvements and take corrective action to streamline contracting workflows.
