Novartis México is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to lead the operational execution of global clinical studies in Mexico City. You will partner with cross-functional teams, investigators, and sites to drive study start-up through close-out.

The role emphasizes quality, compliance, patient recruitment, and timely issue resolution in a collaborative global environment. Required are a science/health degree and 5+ years in clinical research project management or monitoring, plus strong English

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related discipline and at least five years in clinical research project management or monitoring.
• Strong understanding of clinical drug development and study execution processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global matrix environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards for international clinical research.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end operational delivery of clinical studies from site initiation through study close-out.
• Serve as the primary country study contact and local lead for assigned trials.
• Develop study execution plans, timelines, risk mitigation and forecasts.
• Drive patient recruitment activities and contingency plans to meet enrollment targets.
• Monitor study progress, identify operational challenges and escalate issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant, high-quality execution.
• Maintain oversight of data quality, patient engagement and query resolution.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, regulatory requirements, and Novartis standards.
• Review monitoring outcomes, identify trends and drive timely resolutions.
• Manage study budgets, contracts, essential documentation, and site payments.
