Syneos Health in Mexico City seeks a Project Associate to support and drive overall project management for clinical trials. You will coordinate tasks, maintain timelines and budgets, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful study delivery.

The role may involve a Sr. PA level on larger projects. Ideal candidates have life sciences education and strong organizational and communication skills, with English proficiency and willingness to travel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, project management or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools; English level required.

Responsabilidades

• Drives planning and execution of clinical trial elements with the Project Lead.
• Ensures projects meet strict timelines and budgets.
• Coordinates internal resources and external vendors for execution.
• Analyzes project performance to meet short and long-term goals.
• Maintains study financial reports and supports financial health.
• Documents scope, objectives and stakeholder alignment.
• Leads project communications and status updates across teams.
• Identifies risks and issues, escalating and driving resolution.
• Maintains PM tools and methodologies; supports audits.
• Drove quality assurance activities and audit readiness.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field

Project management knowledge or certification
