Precision Medicine Group is expanding its LATAM and North America operations and seeks a Proposals Associate to build the foundation of the proposals team. You will develop proposals and change orders, support record-keeping, and provide service to internal and external customers while aligning with departmental processes and timelines.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of 1 year experience in proposal development in the life sciences arena
• Outstanding written and verbal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills including ability to quickly shift priorities
• Detail oriented, with a high focus on quality; proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft applications
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to exercise sound judgment
• Travel for company meetings may be required on an as-needed basis

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the entire proposal preparation process across key operational areas to meet Phase I–IV timelines
• Review client materials and disseminate information to project teams, management and sales leads
• Identify information gaps and translate requirements into proposals and budgets
• Coordinate strategy meetings for proposal kickoff
• Prepare, edit and customize proposal text to reflect client needs and project messaging
• Develop full project budgets using an Excel costing tool and map to client grids
• Negotiate with partners and vendors during proposal development
• Create change orders for ongoing studies with budget justifications
• Communicate with clients to support delivery of change orders
• Maintain departmental records and intercompany reporting including financial analysis
