Precision Medicine Group is expanding across Mexico and the region, seeking a Contracts & Budgets Associate to develop and negotiate regional study budgets and a range of agreements. The postholder works with the Clinical Operations study team to ensure deliverables align with defined study timelines.

You will draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, clinical study agreements, master agreements and amendments, while maintaining contract files and helping improve contracting processes in a global,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in contract management or related field.
• 1 year of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical research agreements and related contracts.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, negotiate regional study budgets based on protocol requirements.
• Review, draft and negotiate confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements and amendments.
• Coordinate execution of agreements and maintain contract files/databases.
• Update team on contract status and ensure alignment with study timelines.
• Resolve contractual issues with internal/external stakeholders.
