IQVIA LLC in Mexico City seeks a Contracts and Budgets Specialist to support the global sales team by developing and preparing contracts and budgets for assigned customers.

You will work with project teams to define terms, reflect scope in budgets, and ensure changes are integrated into the study contract. fluency in English essential; minimum 1 year in contracts or related admin roles.

Formación

• Degree in Life Science, Business Management or related field.
• Advanced English required; CV must be submitted in English.
• At least 1 year of experience in contracts or commercial proposals or related administrative work.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with project teams to determine appropriate terms and conditions of contract.
• Develop and prepare contracts.
• Revise or develop contracts and related budgets and scope of work.
• Ensure the scope of work is defined correctly and budgets reflect the scope.
• Ensure changes are integrated into the main study contract efficiently and accurately.
• Develop an understanding of, and be compliant with all processes and policies relating to the development of contracts.
• Oversee finalization and distribution of documents.
• Update and maintain contract databases and files.
• Participate in departmental initiatives and perform all other duties as assigned.
