Maersk is seeking a Customer Experience Associate on a fixed-term contract in Mexico City. You will support after-sales processes, coordinate with depots and internal teams, and help resolve inquiries while ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of experience, strong English, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook; familiarity with Power BI/SQL is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree completed or in final stages in Logistics & Supply Chain, International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics.
• 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Internship, trainee, customer service, operations, logistics, supply chain, or shared services experience is highly desirable.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with global stakeholders.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, or data analysis tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional and customer-focused support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support customer onboarding and implementation activities.
• Participate in customer and stakeholder meetings to review service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Help identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and service quality.
