Maersk in Mexico City is seeking a CX Representative to deliver world-class service through inbound and outbound calls, resolving last-mile delivery issues with clear communication and empathy. You will work with customers, delivery teams, stores and warehouses to keep operations smooth and the customer experience positive.
Requirements include a High School Diploma, 2 years in a contact center or similar, basic ERP and advanced Excel, English level B1–B2, and strong verbal and written skills.

They resolve last-mile delivery issues using effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. The role requires attention to detail, time management, adaptability, and conflict resolution while coordinating between customers, delivery teams, stores, and warehouses to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience.
