The LEGO Group in Monterrey is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to lead safety on active construction sites, developing and enforcing local safety policies and ensuring compliance with LEGO standards and local regulations.

You will plan safety training, perform inspections and audits, investigate incidents, and work with contractors and project teams to drive a proactive safety culture and robust risk controls.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in construction safety within large-scale, high-risk projects.
• Experience with site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and related safety management systems.
• Ability to influence contractors and project teams to enforce safe practices.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise health and safety across construction sites and enforce local safety policies.
• Develop and implement a safety management system with risk controls.
• Plan and deliver safety training for personnel on risk prevention and procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify hazards, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation of inspections, incidents, and actions.
