The LEGO Group in Monterrey seeks a Construction Safety Manager to lead safety across active sites and ensure compliance with LEGO standards and local regulations. You will drive risk management, develop safety policies, and execute training programs for project teams and contractors.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s in safety-related field, hands-on experience on large projects, and advanced English communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and safety software.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in construction safety on large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of construction health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Experience conducting safety inspections and incident investigations.
• ISO 45001 knowledge and related safety management systems.
• Strong communication and advisory skills to influence contractors and teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with safety management software.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise health and safety practices across construction sites and enforce local safety policies.
• Develop a safety management system aligned with LEGO standards and risk management.
• Plan and implement safety training programs for personnel in risk prevention.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance and identify hazards.
• Coordinate accident investigations, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation of inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Communicate safety regulations to project managers, contractors, and workers.
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to local regulations.
