The LEGO Group is seeking a Sr Talent Acquisition Consultant in Monterrey to lead end-to-end recruitment for the Operations portfolio globally. You will partner with leaders to shape hiring strategy, ensure a high-quality candidate experience, and drive diversity across markets.

You will use data and market insights to influence decisions, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with global teams to achieve business goals.

Formación

• Experience in Talent Acquisition within an international or complex global organization.
• Proven success sourcing, attracting, and selecting high-quality talent.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics and insights to support hiring decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of open roles and drive end-to-end recruitment for Operations globally.
• Partner with hiring managers, leaders, and People Partners to understand workforce needs.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
• Source, attract, assess, and engage top talent across functions and markets.
• Collaborate with recruitment support teams to ensure efficient execution of activities.
• Leverage data and market intelligence to influence talent decisions and improve outcomes.
• Contribute to regional and global TA initiatives and projects.
• Champion Diversity & Inclusion across hiring activities.
