This role requires 5+ years in compensation with a global focus, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and HRIS.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in compensation with a global scope.
Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation, and salary benchmarking.
Experience with international compensation regulations.
Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze market compensation data to develop competitive salary structures and incentive plans.
Administer and manage global compensation programs (base pay, variable pay, and incentives).
Ensure programs align with business strategy and reward performance.
Conduct job evaluations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Collaborate with global compensation survey providers and vendors.
Ensure compliance with compensation laws in all operating countries.
Develop communications explaining compensation programs to employees and managers.
Support the annual compensation review process with merit increases and bonuses.
Partner with regional HR teams to implement compensation programs.
Prepare reports on compensation trends and program effectiveness.
