Paylocity is seeking a Regional Senior HR Generalist to partner with HR leadership and regional teams. You will implement HR policies, drive employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation/pay, and compliance across the region from a Guadalajara base.

In-office role with no remote option; you will manage payroll processes, HR programs, and data analysis to improve satisfaction and efficiency. Strong local labor law knowledge is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Familiarity with HRIS systems, MS Word and MS Excel.
• Solid knowledge of local employment law, payroll and immigration processes.

• Lead and administer HR policies and programs across assigned units.
• Advise managers and employees as a trusted HR partner.
• Manage employee relations issues with sound judgment.
• Support regional recruitment efforts and coordinate offers.
• Lead onboarding, recognition programs, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Handle payroll inputs and interfaces with payroll teams.
• Coordinate regional events and facilities needs.
