Ericsson is seeking a Collections Specialist in Mexico City to support the migration of collections activities to the Shared Services Center and standardize processes across teams. You will handle day-to-day cash collection, accounts receivable, and customer management for global B2B customers.

You will collaborate with Billing, Treasury, Credit Management, Sales, and virtual teams, using Zuora and Oracle to record and track activity while ensuring service levels and accuracy.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field is required.
• Experience in cash collection, accounts receivable, or credit management is required.
• Experience in a B2B operational environment is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Familiarity with Zuora or Oracle is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Migrate collections activities into the SSC and standardize processes.
• Perform day-to-day cash collection and accounts receivable activities for B2B customers.
• Follow up with customers on overdue invoices and disputes.
• Investigate and resolve billing and payment discrepancies with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Billing, Treasury, Credit Management, Sales, and virtual teams globally.
• Maintain accurate records using billing and collections platforms.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
