Accenture is seeking a Change Management Senior Manager to lead a team delivering communications, change management, and training programs for global clients. You will shape strategies, drive adoption, and manage stakeholder engagement across large-scale transformations.

With 10+ years in communications and change programs, you will guide cross-functional teams, journey mapping, and digital-enabled communications. International travel and fluent English are expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading end-to-end communications campaigns in global settings.
• Experience driving change management and communications programs across ERP/HCM contexts.
• Able to lead multi-disciplinary teams and client-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead a team of consultants/analysts to deliver communications/change projects.
• Define a stakeholder-centric communications strategy for transformational programs.
• Engage stakeholders at multiple levels to gain buy-in and explain benefits.
• Co-create solutions, run stakeholder meetings and approvals.
• Drive communications for digital transformation, culture and adoption.
• Leverage social and digital technologies in change management.
• Develop capability in change communications for client teams.
• Conduct Communications Need Analysis and develop treatment plans.
• Ensure smooth transitions to new ways of working with effective communications.
• Travel to client sites to deliver campaigns for large-scale change.
