Job summary

FBS is actively seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive growth, transformation, and enterprise value. You will partner with Operations, Technology, Analytics, Digital, Finance, and Vendor Management to deliver large-scale programs from strategy through execution.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented leader who can influence without direct authority, manage budgets and risk, and mentor teams across functions in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of program management, business transformation, or related fields.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Experience in customer-focused, service operations or similar environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of large-scale cross-functional programs.
• Drive initiatives from strategy development through implementation with measurable outcomes.
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources and governance.
• Develop and execute change management strategies including impact assessments and readiness activities.
• Partner with leaders across Operations, Technology, Digital, Product, Analytics, Finance and Vendor Management.
