Aon plc in Mexico City seeks a data-driven Health Solutions professional to own client projects and deliverables within a collaborative, high-performing team. The role involves analyzing data, coordinating vendors, and developing enrollment materials to support client benefit programs.

The position is full-time and hybrid, based in our Mexico City office with flexible options after training. Strong English communication and financial acumen are valued, along with solid project coordination

Formación

  • Diploma or degree in business, health, insurance, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and schedules.

Responsabilidades

  • Take ownership of client projects and deliverables within a Health Solutions team.
  • Gather, analyze, and prepare data to meet business requirements.
  • Coordinate vendor contracting, implementations, and compliance deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain materials for client benefit enrollment programs.
  • Service client accounts and manage project plans and results.

This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available after initial training. The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.

What the day will look like

You’ll take ownership of client projects and deliverables, contributing directly to the team’s success while developing your professional skills. You will play an integral role on the client team as you proactively build your knowledge base of health and welfare benefits. Here’s how you’ll make a difference:

  • Gather, analyze, and prepare data to meet business requirements.
  • Coordinate vendor contracting, implementations, and compliance deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain materials for client benefit enrollment programs.
  • Service client accounts and manage project plans and results.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accuracy and timely execution.

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the industry; professional experience in business, benefits, insurance or related fields is a plus.
