Yanfeng is seeking a Traffic and Logistics Engineer in Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico. The successful candidate will analyze transportation routes and coordinate logistics to support Just-in-Time operations.

Essential qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in related fields and at least 4 years in the automotive industry, specifically in a Tier 1 role. Strong analytical and communication skills, along with proficiency in ERP systems and logistics operations, are necessary for this position.

Formación

• Experience minimum 4 years in automotive industry as Traffic and Logistics Engineer.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing, preferably in a Tier 1 supplier environment.
• Automotive Tier 1 experience is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and optimize transportation routes and freight costs.
• Coordinate logistics activities with suppliers and warehouses.
• Monitor transportation performance indicators.
• Develop traffic management strategies to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production and supply chain teams.
• Manage carrier relationships and negotiate services.
• Investigate and resolve transportation issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Prepare logistics reports and performance metrics.
