Keywords Studios in Mexico City is seeking a Planning Coordinator to organize daily and weekly recording schedules for voice talents, directors, and recording rooms. The role ensures sessions run efficiently with minimal cancellations or rework, coordinating between talents, directors, operators, project managers and the studio team.

• Strong ability to organize and manage multiple schedules at the same time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with scheduling for internal and external studios and talents.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and maintain daily and weekly recording schedules for internal and external studios.
• Book voice talents, Artistic Directors, Sound Operators, and recording rooms for all sessions.
• Confirm availability of talents and resources for sessions; resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Track changes, cancellations, reschedules, and related costs; communicate with stakeholders.
