Orb Group is seeking a Production Coordinator for a freelance, part-time role in Mexico City. You will support Strategists and Producers, coordinating asset delivery, building decks, and tracking timelines across multiple titles and partners.

The role requires strong English/Spanish fluency, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency with collaboration tools. You’ll work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely, accurate asset delivery.

Formación

• Fluency in English and Spanish required at business level.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with attention to detail.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with digital asset management and video/Artwork specs.

Responsabilidades

• Support production team with organizational and execution tasks for art/AV assets.
• Build presentation decks and asset suites for internal/external presentations.
• Coordinate delivery of materials to partners and agencies and track timelines.
• Maintain trackers, update deadlines and milestones for multiple projects.
• Collaborate with designers and agencies to ensure on-time, spec-accurate deliveries.
