MainframeMaster is seeking an Apps Sup Tech Lead Analyst in Mexico to guide cross-team integration, analyze complex processes, and define system scope for high-impact enhancements. You will advise on technology applications, coordinate with Product Owners and Analysts, and drive risk-aware decisions to protect assets and performance.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a track record in problem solving within a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
• Bachelor degree in technology.
• English communication intermediate to advanced.
• Development experience (desirable).
• C, C++, Java, Python knowledge.
• Linux, Wintel, Database, SQL, Middleware knowledge.
• Containers, microservices or mainframe knowledge (desirable).
• AI Tools applied to support applications (desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure integration of functions to meet goals.
• Provides expertise in apps support.
• Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives for complex enhancements; documents requirements.
• Partners with multiple technology areas and management teams to ensure integration of functions.
• Works with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to determine and document impacts.
• Identifies risks and security issues; communicates impact; proposes mitigations.
• Leads and mentors junior analysts; allocates work.
• Delivers in-depth analysis and develops innovative solutions.
• Influences strategic functional decisions through advice and services.
