Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in retail management, luxury cosmetics preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and retail software.
• Excellent visual merchandising skills and eye for detail.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.

This is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, managing store operations, and delivering an unparalleled luxury retail experience to customers. You will lead and inspire a team of beauty advisors, cultivate a high-performance sales culture, and ensure the store upholds the brand's prestigious image. Key Responsibilities
