Job summary

Placements24 partners with a globally recognized luxury cosmetics brand to appoint a Gerente de Tienda de Cosméticos de Lujo for its flagship store in Tijuana, Baja California. This on-site leadership role focuses on driving sales, managing operations, and upholding the brand's prestigious image.

You will lead and inspire a team of beauty advisors, implement local marketing, ensure exceptional service, and maintain flawless visual merchandising in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in retail management, luxury cosmetics preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and retail software.
• Excellent visual merchandising skills and eye for detail.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
• Oversee store operations including merchandising, inventory, and cash handling.
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional service.
• Create and maintain a luxurious store environment.
• Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to drive traffic and brand awareness.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock effectively.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop beauty advisors.
