Qualifications

• Experience with design interpretation, manufacturing transfers, and process improvement.
• Business/Technical English proficiency.
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or hybrid PM methods.
• Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence.

In this role, you will lead engineering project teams and serve as a key technical leader for manufacturing process development, new product introduction, and process improvement initiatives. You will play an important role in driving productivity, quality, consistency, and operational excellence while supporting strategic growth projects

• Experience with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Asana, Confluence, or similar is a plus.
• PMP, Yellow Belt, or Black Belt certification is desirable.
