Job summary

Parker Hannifin in the Monterrey area seeks an experienced EHS Manager to plan, develop and monitor programs in safety, environment, hygiene and medical services, ensuring compliance with Mexican NOMs, ISO14001, and corporate standards while reducing risk.

You will lead the local safety team, coordinate audits, training and certifications, supervise evacuation and emergency response, and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree.
• Knowledge of Mexican NOMs and ISO 14001. English Advanced.
• At least 5 years in EHS leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility compliance with local, state, federal, and corporate regulations including ISO 14001.
• Develop and deploy EHS guidelines, policies and procedures for the company.
• Coordinate Medical Service, Facility Protection, Industrial Safety, Hygiene and Environmental activities.
• Monitor and reduce recordable incidents with corrective actions.
• Lead safety audits, training and certifications; oversee emergency response and environmental programs.
