Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4–7 years in manufacturing, project execution, or engineering environments.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience with design interpretation, manufacturing transfers, and process improvement.
• Business/Technical English proficiency.
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or hybrid PM methods.
• Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering projects from scope definition through execution and delivery.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new and core products.
• Support new product introduction and transfer projects.
• Coordinate resources, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
• Analyze production processes and recommend improvements to increase yield, productivity, and quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, customers, and technology partners.
• Track and deliver innovation and continuous improvement projects.
