Placements24 is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for our fast‑food client in Mexicali, Baja California. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a diverse team, safeguard brand standards, and drive profitability while delivering excellent guest experiences.

The role requires 3–5 years in restaurant management, a strong grasp of P&L, cost control, inventory, and food safety. You will recruit, train, and motivate staff, schedule shifts, monitor performance, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or hospitality is a plus.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fast food or quick-service environments.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of P&L statements, inventory control, and cost management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Mexicali, Baja California.
