Placements24 busca un Estratega de Desarrollo Curricular en Línea para liderar el diseño y escalado de experiencias de aprendizaje en línea en Querétaro. Colaborarás con SMEs y equipos técnicos para crear journeys educativos transformadores y medibles.

Requiere maestría en diseño instruccional, al menos 7 años en desarrollo de cursos y fuerte manejo de LMS y herramientas de autoría (Articulate/Sotres). Ofrecemos modalidad híbrida y beneficios competitivos en Querétaro.

Qualifications

• Necesario grado de maestría en diseño instruccional o campo relacionado.
• Al menos 7 años diseñando y desarrollando cursos online o programas educativos.
• Fuerte conocimiento de teorías de aprendizaje de adultos y modelos de diseño instruccional (ADDIE, SAM).

Responsibilities

• Liderar el desarrollo estratégico y el diseño de currículo en línea y materiales de aprendizaje.
• Definir enfoques pedagógicos y objetivos de aprendizaje para cursos en línea.
• Colaborar con SMEs para traducir contenido a módulos de aprendizaje efectivos.
• Supervisar el proceso de diseño instruccional asegurando calidad y metas de aprendizaje.
• Gestionar el ciclo de desarrollo de cursos desde conceptualización hasta implementación.
• Utilizar LMS y herramientas digitales para entregar contenidos interactivos.
• Realizar evaluaciones de necesidades y mercado para nuevas ofertas en línea.
• Medir la efectividad de cursos mediante retroalimentación y datos de rendimiento.
• Mantenerse al tanto de tendencias en e-learning y pedagogía digital.
• Asegurar accesibilidad de los currículos en línea.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and developing online courses and educational programs.
• Proven expertise in adult learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and digital pedagogy.
• Strong experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and SMEs.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use it to inform instructional design decisions.
• Creative and innovative thinking, with a passion for leveraging technology in education.
• Experience working in a technology-driven or startup environment is a plus.
