You will lead a team of instructional designers, align programs with strategic objectives, and drive employee performance through innovative learning solutions.

Competenze

• Master's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years in corporate training/L&D, with 3+ years in management.
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering corporate training.

Mansioni

• Lead design, development, and deployment of corporate training programs.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
• Develop objectives and curricula aligned with business goals.
• Create training materials including facilitator guides and e-learning modules.
• Oversee program delivery and participant engagement.
• Evaluate ROI of training initiatives and propose improvements.
• Manage training budget and resources effectively.
• Stay updated on best practices in corporate learning and talent development.
• Collaborate with HR to integrate training into talent strategies.
• Manage relationships with external training vendors as needed.
