Century Mold Co. Inc. is seeking a seasoned sales professional to build and maintain strategic client relationships within the automotive sector. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to fulfill commitments and identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of sales experience, knowledge of plastic injection molding processes, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Regular travel to client sites is expected.

Formación

• 6–8 years of experience in sales.
• Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts in the automotive industry.
• Build strong relationships with multiple levels within client organizations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client: resolve issues and coordinate departments.
• Travel regularly for client visits.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, cost increases, and commercial terms.
• Identify opportunities for new business or program expansion.
• Coordinate engineering changes, production transfers, and product launches.
• Coordinate meetings among clients, suppliers, quality, engineering, production, and purchasing.
