EPAM Systems, Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Senior GenAI Engineering Lead to design, build, and scale enterprise GenAI platforms and AI-powered products. You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, and own technical direction across LATAM teams.

You will collaborate with data, cloud, and product teams to optimize latency, cost, and reliability while integrating OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, LangGraph, and LangChain. Fluency in English (B2+) and a passion for continuous learning are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years in software engineering with GenAI focus.
• Proficient in Python, APIs, and microservices architectures.
• Experience with cloud-native distributed systems and CI/CD.
• Hands-on with LLMs/GenAI, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Strong mentoring, collaboration, and ownership mindset; English B2+.
