Job summary

EPAM Systems in Mexico seeks a Senior .NET Developer with an AI background to join our team on technically demanding projects. You will design scalable systems, write clean C# code, and leverage SQL databases while applying AI concepts and cloud services.

You will also mentor junior engineers, participate in planning, and ensure high-quality deliverables through code reviews and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional .NET development experience.
• Practical knowledge of AI concepts and tools.
• Strong C# expertise for clean, organized code.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies.
• Proficient English communication (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable, durable software systems meeting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
• Contribute to architecture discussions to guide project outcomes.
• Review peers' code to maintain quality and best practices.
• Tackle complex technical challenges across the development process.
• Mentor junior engineers to grow their technical competence.
• Participate in planning, scope outlines, and delivery timelines.
• Keep up with industry developments to inform daily work.
