Job summary

EPAM Systems in Mexico is seeking a Director of Product Leadership to run a portfolio of AI-powered products and to shape how the Product Management team leverages AI across strategy, standards, governance and capability development.

You will lead and develop a team of Product Managers, own product strategy and P&L, and drive ROI through funded AI initiatives while setting guardrails and best practices that ensure responsible AI adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management or leading PM/PO teams.
• Managed multiple products or lines including AI-enabled offerings.
• Owns product vision, roadmap and P&L for a portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers across a portfolio that includes AI-powered products.
• Set AI-informed product strategy and determine sequencing of roadmaps.
• Make build/buy/partner and investment decisions for AI capabilities with ROI focus.
• Own AI-feature economics, lifecycle, pricing and model governance.
• Set standards, operating model and gates for AI feature development and usage.
• Oversee responsible-AI governance including privacy, bias, security and regulation.
• Elevate team AI capability through coaching, playbooks, and recruitment bar.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, data, design and AI/ML teams.
• Represent the organization to senior clients with credible AI strategy messaging.
• Direct collaboration and alignment across business units to drive AI-driven outcomes.
