Job summary
EPAM Systems in Mexico is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager AI to lead design, development and deployment of AI and agent-based solutions for enterprise clients.
You will bridge technical teams and business needs, define scalable architectures, and ensure production readiness across Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, and other platforms.
The role requires coordinating US-based stakeholders, guiding cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality, scalable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience leading technical design, solution architecture or delivery.
- Knowledge of AI, ML and cloud-based enterprise patterns.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Background with AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with LLM-based applications and modern AI approaches.
- Expertise in APIs and scalable architectures.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of AI and agent-based solutions from discovery to production readiness.
- Define scalable architectures for custom agents and cloud-native AI apps.
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders for technical excellence.
- Translate client requirements into actionable design and implementation plans.
- Provide leadership for solutions using platforms like Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock or AgentCore.
- Ensure agent development meets performance, scalability and integration needs.
