Global Payments is seeking a Java Developer to build software powering commerce at global scale. You will develop, maintain, and enhance Java-based applications, analyze codebases, and design, test, and deploy new features.

The role is hybrid in Mexico City (Santa Fe) with 4 days in office and 1 day at home. Compensation is 64k MXN gross monthly, plus benefits. You will mentor junior developers, document components, and support production environments.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Experience with enterprise, distributed systems and large codebases.
• Ability to analyze production incidents and defects.
• End-to-end SDLC delivery experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Java applications and services.
• Analyze codebases, architectures, and dependencies.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy new features.
• Troubleshoot defects across development, testing and production environments.
• Investigate complex technical issues and implement solutions.
• Refactor for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Address security vulnerabilities and code quality findings.
• Support production environments and drive incident resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge.
